Note: if you are a BC Corporation and you wish to change the Registered and Records Office address you must file with Corporate Online. If you are a Society, Sole Proprietorship or General Partnership you can download the form at BC Registry Services website to change your address.

This service allows a business with a Business BCeID to change an address for any of the following public sector accounts. Obtain a secure Business BCeID for your business.

  - GST/HST, Payroll, Import/Export/MCIT, Corporate Income Tax
- Industry Canada
  - Corporations Canada, Canadian Company Capabilities Database
British Columbia
- WorkSafeBC

  Note: A physical address change for a business licence will automatically have you complete a new business licence application
